Linda leads as Comegys President after joining the family business in 1980. Linda's father, Frank Comegys, founded Comegys Insurance in 1939. Linda obtained her Certified Insurance Counselor after also teaching with her Biology Degree from Mercer University. Linda puts a priority in serving her lifelong community in St Petersburg and the Tampa Bay area.
Linda has served in positions such as Past President of The Junior League of St. Petersburg, Past President Pinellas Association of Independent Insurance Agents, and numerous other civic and charitable organizations. Linda is also Presiden of SAN of Florida and Alpha Insurance Management. Linda and Mark also have 2 children: Derek Berset, Vice President of Comegys Insurance (resides in St Petersburg), and Kristen Berset, (resides in Washington D.C.).
